Cirillo was born in Pasadena, California and played basketball and baseball at Providence High School before playing collegiate baseball at the University of Southern California. He was drafted by the Brewers in the 11th round of the 1991 draft and made his MLB debut on May 11, 1994. Upon retirement, Cirillo covered Brewers games as a television analyst for FSN Wisconsin from 2008-2011. He’s worked as a scout for the Los Angeles Angels and as a partner in Pacific Baseball Ventures, LLC, which owns two collegiate summer league baseball teams in Washington State, the Walla Walla Sweets and Yakima Valley Pippins.
