He played for the Toronto Blue Jays (1992), New York Mets (1992–1996), the Cleveland Indians (1996), the San Francisco Giants (1997–2002), the Houston Astros (2003–2004) and the Los Angeles Dodgers (2005–2008). Kent won the National League Most Valuable Player award in 2000 with the San Francisco Giants, and is the all-time leader in home runs among second basemen. Kent is a five-time All-Star and his 560 career doubles put him tied for 21st on the all-time doubles list. Jeff is one of our more popular keynote speakers.
