Greg McElroy Booking Agent Details

Greg McElroy enjoyed a successful college football career before turning to broadcasting, where he has worked as an analyst for college football games broadcast on ESPN/ABC. He has also co-hosted a show on the SEC Network along with a radio show on SiriusXM. Prior to broadcasting, McElroy played quarterback at Alabama from 2007-2011. During his time in Tuscaloosa, McElroy compiled a record of 24-3. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2010.

McElroy had a breakout season with the Crimson Tide in 2009 as a junior. That year, he posted a 61% completion percentage, threw for 2,508 yards and tossed 17 touchdowns opposed to four interceptions. Alabama with McElroy under center went a perfect 13-0 on the regular season and defeated Florida, 32-13, to claim a Southeastern Conference Championship. In that game, McElroy threw for 239 yards and a touchdown, winning SEC title game MVP honors. The Crimson Tide then battled Texas for a BCS National Championship, whereas the top-ranked team in the country, they dispatched of the No. 2-ranked Longhorns, 37-21.

In 2010, McElroy’s senior season, he guided Alabama to a 10-3 record, throwing for 2,987 yards and 20 touchdowns. In the postseason, the Crimson Tide defeated Michigan State in the Citrus Bowl, 49-7. That season, McElroy was recognized for his work in the classroom by being named a Rhodes Scholarship finalist and honored by ESPN/CoSida as the Academic All-American of the Year. The New York Jets selected McElroy in the seventh round of the 2011 NFL Draft and he played with the team through 2012 before joining the Cincinnati Bengals in 2013. He retired from the NFL in 2014.
