Brian Billick served as head coach of the Baltimore Ravens for nine seasons from 1999-2007, Billick led the Ravens to a 12-4 record in 2000 and a spot in Super Bowl XXXV, where they defeated the New York Giants, 34-7. During his tenure in Baltimore, the Ravens made four playoff appearances and registered five winning seasons, good for an 80-64 overall record. He became a member of the Ravens Ring of Honor on September 29, 1999.

Before coaching the Ravens, Billick was offensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings from 1994-1998. In 1998, he guided an offense that set a record at the time for points in a single season. A late selection as a player out of BYU in the 1977 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers, Billick was released by both San Francisco and Dallas before being offered a job as a graduate assistant at his alma mater in 1978. He would go on to coach at San Diego State, Utah State and Stanford before moving to the NFL in 1992 when he accepted a job with the Vikings as their tight ends coach. Since his coaching days, Billick has worked as an analyst for ABC Sports, NFL Network and FOX.
