Robert Horry Booking Agent Details

Robert Horry is a former professional basketball player who played in the NBA for 17 seasons as a forward for the Houston Rockets, Phoenix Suns, Los Angeles Lakers and San Antonio Spurs. Horry is a seven-time NBA champion and is only one of nine players in NBA history to have won seven or more championships. Horry is the only player on that prestigious list to not be a member of the Boston Celtics of the 1960’s. He won two titles in Houston, three in Los Angeles and two in San Antonio. He’s best known as “Big Shot Bob” for his ability to come through in the clutch many times in his postseason career. His most notable clutch events includes his buzzer-beating three-pointer in Game 4 of the 2002 Western Conference Finals for the Lakers against the Sacramento Kings and his go-ahead three pointer for the Spurs in the dying seconds against the Detroit Pistons in Game 5 of the 2005 NBA Finals. Horry to this day holds the all-time record for three-pointers in the NBA Finals with 53. While Horry never appeared in an All-Star Game, his most productive seasons came in Houston, as he made the All-Rookie team in the 1992-93 season and averaged 12 points per game in the 1995-96 season while also becoming the first player in league history to claim 100 steals, 100 blocks and 100 three-point field goals in the same season.

Horry’s senior year in his high school career at Andalusia High School in Andalusia, Alabama ended with him picking up the Naismith Alabama High School Player of the Year honor. He would continue to play in his home state as he decided to play at the University of Alabama for four years where he helped the Crimson Tide win three SEC Tournament titles and reach the Sweet 16 on two occasions while setting the school record in blocks with 282. He would become the 11th overall pick in the 1992 NBA Draft when he was selected by the Rockets.
