Martin St. Louis is a former NHL forward who played from 1997-2015, spending the majority of his career with the Tampa Bay Lightning from 2000-2014. St. Louis also played two seasons from 2013-2015 with the New York Rangers. He broke into the league with the Calgary Flames in 1998 and played in 1,134 games during his career, scoring 391 goals to go along with 642 assists. In 2018, his first year of eligibility, St. Louis was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.
St. Louis was a six-time NHL All-Star (2003, 2004, 2007-2009, 2011).

In 2003-2004, he racked up 94 points (38 goals, 56 assists), winning the Art Ross Trophy as the NHL’s leading scorer. He was similarly honored with the Hart Memorial Trophy as the NHL’s most valuable player and the Lester B. Pearson Award, which is given to the NHL’s top player as chosen by the players themselves. That season, he helped Tampa Bay win the Stanley Cup by beating Calgary in seven games. St. Louis won a second Art Ross Trophy as the NHL’s regular season scoring champion in 2012-2013 after he tallied 60 points (17 goals, 43 assists) during the strike-shortened year. Internationally, St. Louis won a gold medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi representing Canada. He also won a gold medal at the 2004 World Cup of Hockey. St. Louis played college hockey for the University of Vermont.
