Dan Reeves Booking Agent Details

Dan Reeves is a retired NFL head coach who led the Denver Broncos (1981-1992), New York Giants (1993-1996) and Atlanta Falcons (1997-2003). In total as a player, assistant and head coach, Reeves participated in nine Super Bowls, winning two. That total is second in NFL history, trailing only head coach Bill Belichick of the New England Patriots. In 23 seasons as head coach, Reeves put together an overall record of 190-165-2.

In his 12 seasons as head coach with Denver, the Broncos posted a losing record just twice, reached the postseason each year and won five division titles and three AFC Championship games. From 1986-1989, Reeves along with quarterback John Elway led the Broncos to three title games in Super Bowls XXI, XXII and XXIV. His overall record in Denver was 110-73-1. After leaving Denver, Reeves moved east to the Big Apple and in his first season as head coach of the Giants in 1993, he led them to an 11-5 record and spot in the playoffs. For his efforts that season, he was named the AP Coach of the Year. In three seasons in New York, Reeves compiled a record of 31-33. He moved on to Atlanta in 1997 and, in his second season at the helm of the Falcons, coached them to a berth in Super Bowl XXXIII. During his seven years in Atlanta, Reeves’ record was 49-59-1.

As a player, Reeves spent the entirety of his career from 1965-1972 playing running back with the Dallas Cowboys, with whom he won Super Bowl VI. He got his start in coaching in 1970 when he served as both a player and coach. After serving as a full-time assistant in 1972 and taking a year off in 1973, Reeves rejoined the Cowboys in 1974 and worked as an assistant under legendary coach Tom Landry until 1980, winning a second Super Bowl ring in the process when the Cowboys, led by quarterback Roger Staubach, defeated the Broncos, 27-10. Born on January 19, 1944 in Rome, Georgia, Reeves played college football at the University of South Carolina before signing with the Cowboys as a free agent in 1965. Reeves has been recognized numerous times for his achievements, including induction into the Broncos Ring of Fame, Texas Sports Hall of Fame and University of South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame.
