Brandon Crawford is a former MLB shortstop who played the majority of his 14-year career with the San Francisco Giants (2011-2023) before spending his final year in 2024 with the St. Louis Cardinals. Crawford was a part of two World Series champion clubs with the Giants in 2012 and 2014. In 2012, he started 143 games for San Francisco, batting .248 with four homers and 45 RBIs. For the 2014 campaign, he hit .246 with 10 home runs and 69 RBIs. The following season in 2015, Crawford was named an All-Star and won both a Silver Slugger and Gold Glove, batting .256 with 21 home runs and 84 RBIs.

Crawford in 2016 placed 12th in NL MVP balloting, winning another Gold Glove for his defense, while in 2017, he won his third straight Gold Glove. In 2018, he was named an All-Star behind a 14-homer, 54-RBI campaign. Crawford’s 2021 season with San Francisco was one to remember as he set career-highs in home runs (24) and RBIs (90), while hitting .298, earning another All-Star selection, a Gold Glove and placing fourth in the MVP voting. All told, he played in 1,682 career games (1,654 with the Giants), recording 1,404 hits, 295 doubles and 147 home runs.
