Mike Tyson’s story is one that has come full circle. From a juvenile delinquent to becoming the youngest heavyweight champion in boxing history at the age of 20, from a convicted rapist, to the popular co-star of the blockbuster film, “Hangover,”comes the much anticipated film version of producer Spike Lee’s one-man show Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth, which debuted in Vegas and was brought to Broadway in August 2012.
Mike Tyson’s film, ‘Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth,’ airs on HBO November 16, 2013 at 8:p.m.
In the film version, which premieres Saturday, November 16th at 8PM, Tyson talks about his life story, his childhood, his highs and lows and ‘making a deal with the devil’ (referring to Don King), .
“By the time I was 12 years old, I was arrested over 38 times… I was the youngest Heavyweight champion of the world… always angry, fighting … I’m just very grateful that life has come full circle for me. It’s been a long road with may highs and many lows … this is my story, my life, my fate, my joy, my sorrow…this is My Undisputed Truth.”
