Earlier this week the Cincinnati Bengals announced that all proceeds of Devon Still’s jersey sales would go to the Cincinnati’s children hospital. They have raised a significant amount of money so far thanks in part to a classy move by New Orleans Saints coach, Sean Payton, who bought 100 Devon Still jerseys at $100 each after he heard Still’s story on the radio.

Penn States Adam Taliaferro Named Guest Speaker at Limerick United Way Drive
LIMERICK PA – Former Penn State cornerback, Adam Taliaferro who was paralyzed during a game and defied the odds to walk again, was named the featured speaker at the 2014 edition of Exelon Nuclear’s Limerick Generating Station’s annual United Way campaign on Friday Sept. 5. The event also featured an employee car and motorcycle show. During the event, the station also presented a $10,000 donation to Lower Pottsgrove Township’s Emergency Services Department, and a $5,000 donation to the Pottstown Senior Center.

Chauncey Billups Says 'It's Just Time to Retire' After 17 Seasons in the NBA

Olympic Track Star Lolo Jones to Compete on DWTS
LOS ANGELES, CA. — Olympic track star, Lolo Jones, will compete on Season 19 Dancing With The Stars scheduled to air on ABC September 15, 2014. Jones is a three time Olympian in track and bob sledding. She is also a native of Des Moines Iowa as is past DWTS Mirror Ball winner, Shawn Johnson, who won a few years ago. Jones will be paired with pro partner Keo Motsepe, the first African American pro dancer to appear on the show.

Dave Winfield Named Grand Marshal & Guest Speaker at the 2014 Little League World Series
WILLIAMSPORT, PA. — Former MLB Hall of Famer, Dave Winfield, was the grand marshal of the 10th annual Grand Slam Parade that kicked off the Little League World Series activities in the Williamsport area on August 10, 2014. Winfield was also the guest speaker on August 14 at 8 a.m. at the world series kickoff breakfast sponsored by the Williamsport-Lycoming Chamber of Commerce at the Genetti Hotel. Phillip Fulmer Named Keynote Speaker at Annual Governor's Luncheon in Nashville
NASHVILLE, TN. — Former Tennessee Volunteers coach, Phillip Fulmer, has been named the keynote speaker at the Commissioner’s Luncheon on Nov. 13 during the 61st Annual Governor’s Conference on Economic and Community Development.
