Roger Staubach is considered one of the all-time great Cowboys and is certainly one of the most decorated. The Hall of Fame quarterback was a six-time Pro Bowl selection, won two Super Bowls and was named MVP of Super Bowl VI. He played collegiately at the Naval Academy and was named the winner of the Heisman Trophy in 1963. In 2018, it was announced that Staubach would receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Off the field, Staubach enjoyed a very successful career in commercial real estate when he created the Staubach Company in 1977. In 2008, the company was sold to Jones Lang LaSalle for $613 million.

Darren Woodson played cornerback for the Cowboys from 1992-2003 and ended his career as the Cowboys all-time leading tackler. He was a five-time Pro Bowl selection, four-time first-team All-Pro and three-time Super Bowl champion. Woodson is a member of the Cowboys Ring of Fame and won the Bart Starr Award in 2002 for his character and leadership. After his football career ended, Woodson worked as a broadcaster with ESPN.

Drew Pearson played wide receiver for the Cowboys from 1973-1983. He was a three-time Pro Bowl selection and, as Roger Staubach’s favorite target, played an important part in the Cowboys winning Super Bowl XII. He was named to the NFL 1970s All-Decade Team and is a member of the Cowboys Ring of Honor.

Emmitt Smith is the NFL’s all-time leading rusher. The Hall of Fame running back played for the Cowboys from 1990-2002, was an eight-time Pro Bowl selection and played a crucial role in the Cowboys success of the 1990s when he helped lead the team to three Super Bowl titles. Smith was named MVP of Super Bowl XXVIII and was the 1993 NFL MVP.

Jay Novacek played tight end for the Cowboys from 1990-1995, was a five-time Pro Bowler and part of three Super Bowl-winning teams in the 1990s.

Ed “Too Tall” Jones was a three-time Pro Bowl selection and a member of the Super Bowl XII winning team. At 6’9”, Jones continues to be a popular figure to this day, evidenced by the fact that he appeared in a national Geico commercial that first aired in 2009.

Randy White is considered one of the greatest defensive lineman in NFL history. The Hall of Famer played for the Cowboys from 1975-1988, was a nine-time Pro Bowl selection and is a member of the Cowboys Ring of Honor.

Deion Sanders is a Hall of Fame cornerback who played in the NFL from 1989-2005 and for the Cowboys from 1995-1999. He is a two-time Super Bowl champion and eight-time Pro Bowl selection. He is a member of the NFL 1990s All-Decade Team and was the 1994 NFL Defensive Player of the Year.

Jason Witten is a tight end who played for the Cowboys from 2003-2017. After working as broadcaster for one season, Witten came out of retirement and resigned with the Cowboys for the 2019 season. The future Hall of Fame is an 11-time Pro Bowl selection and was named the 2012 Walter Payton Man of the Year.

Jon Kitna played quarterback for the Cowboys from 2009-2011 & 2013 and is currently the Cowboys quarterbacks coach. Kitna is a popular Christian speaker and often speaks at faith-based events around the Dallas area.
