Super Bowl Winning Coach, Dick Vermeil Named as Keynote Speaker for Global Organic Produce Expo – Jan 26, 2018

HOLLYWOOD, FL – Super Bowl winning head coach, Dick Vermeil has been named as the keynote speaker at the inaugural Global Organic Produce Exposition & Conference (GOPEX) in Hollywood, FL to be held January 25-27, 2018. Dick Vermeil will make an appearance at the gathering on Friday, January 26, 2018 and deliver the keynote address to organic produce professionals from around the world. According to The Packer website Dick Vermeil will deliver the keynote address at the conclusion of the organic education program on Friday, January 26th:

“At the conclusion of the organic education program Friday, Jan. 26, Vermeil gives the keynote address.”

Dick Vermeil is a broadcaster and NFL Network game analyst as well as former head coach for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1976–1982, the St. Louis Rams from 1997–1999 and the Kansas City Chiefs from 2001–2005. All three NFL teams had losing records before his arrival and all three made it to the playoffs by the third season under his leadership. Vermeil is a Super Bowl champion for Super Bowl XXXIV plus he was named the AP NFL Coach of the Year for 1999. The 2006 film Invincible was a story about the Philadelphia Eagles in which Vermeil was portrayed by Greg Kinnear. In 2003 Dick Vermeil was inducted into The Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia Hall of Fame and in 2008 his name was placed on the St. Louis Rams “Ring of Honor”.
