  • Terry Labonte Discusses His Final Race in Tallageda: VIDEO

    TALLADEGA, ALA. — NASCAR champion Terry Labonte competed in his last race at Sunday’s Geico 500 at Talladega Superspeedway on Oct.19 making it the 890th and final race for the two-time Cup champion.   • NFL Quarterback and BYU Graduate Jim McMahon Has #9 Jersey Retired by BYU

    BYU graduate and NFL quarterback, Jim McMahon, became an official member of Brigham Young University’s Athletic Hall of Fame this week. McMahon’s jersey #9 was retired at the game on Oct. 3, 2014. McMahon is the sixth former BYU football player to have his number retired, following Eldon Fortie, Marion Probert, Steve Young, Gifford Nielsen and Ty Detmer.
