Shannon Sharpe is a retired tight end who played for the Denver Broncos (1990-1999, 2002-2003) and Baltimore Ravens (2000-2001). He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011. In his twelve seasons playing for the Broncos and two for the Ravens, Sharpe won three Super Bowls (two with Denver and one with Baltimore) and finished his career as the NFL’s all-time leader in receptions (815), receiving yards (10,060) and receiving touchdowns (62) by a tight end (Tony Gonzalez and Jason Witten would both later break these records). Sharpe holds the distinction of being the first tight end ever to record over 10,000 receiving yards. He was an eight-time Pro Bowl selection, four-time first-team All-Pro and was named to the NFL 1990s All-Decade Team and Broncos 50th Anniversary Team.

Sharpe was drafted by the Broncos out of Savannah State in the 7th round of the 1990 NFL Draft. While in college, Sharpe was a three-time All-Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) pick and, in 1987, was named the SIAC Player of the Year. In 2009, Sharpe was inducted into the Division II Football Hall of Fame. Upon retirement, Sharpe worked as an analyst for CBS Sports on The NFL Today. In 2016, he joined FS1 as co-host of Skip and Shannon: Undisputed.
