Ron Jaworski Booking Agent Details

Ron Jaworski, affectionately known as “Jaws”, played quarterback for 17 seasons in the NFL from 1973-1989, most notably with the Philadelphia Eagles (1977-1986) but also the Los Angeles Rams (1973-1976), Miami Dolphins (1987-1988) and Kansas City Chiefs (1989). Jaworski in 1979 led the Eagles to an 11-5 mark and threw for 2,669 yards and 18 touchdowns. His finest campaign came in 1980 when the Eagles went 12-4 with Jaworski setting career-highs in yards (3,529) and touchdowns (27) while leading the franchise to a berth in Super Bowl XV. For Jaworski’s stellar season-long campaign, he won the Bert Bell Award and Professional Player of the Year honors from the Maxwell Football Club. He was also named NFC Player of the Year by United Press International and earned a Pro Bowl selection. Jaworski held the record for most consecutive games started with 116 until he suffered a broken leg in 1984 (the record was later broken by several other players, including Brett Favre, Peyton Manning, Eli Manning and Philip Rivers. He became a member of the National Polish-American Hall of Fame in 1991 and Eagles Honor Roll in 1992.

After his playing days, Jaworski joined ESPN as an NFL analyst for the network’s broadcast of Monday Night Football along with other football programming. He also hosted the Ron Jaworski Show on WIP Radio and the Eagles post-game radio show on WYSP. A successful businessman, Jaworski owns numerous golf courses in the Philadelphia area and co-owned the Arena Football League’s Philadelphia Soul. He has been honored for his service in the community by the South Jersey Chamber of Commerce with the Pinnacle Award and by the United Way with the Volunteer Leadership Award. In 2010, Jaworski authored the book “The Games That Changed The Game”. Born on March 23, 1951in Lackawanna, New York, Jaworski played college football at Youngstown State and in 1986 became a member of the school’s Athletics Hall of Fame.
