Pablo Sandoval Hits 3 Home Runs for Giants in First Game of World Series (VIDEO)

On October 24, 2012, in Game 1 of the World Series, San Francisco Giant’s infielder, Pablo Sandoval, hit three home runs in the first five innings of the game against the Detroit Lions, joining Babe Ruth, Reggie Jackson, and Albert Pujols as the only players in MLB history to hit three home runs in a World Series game.

Sandoval is the first MLB player to hit those home runs in his first three plate appearances (in the 1st, 3rd, & 5th innings).
