CLEARWATER, FL. — Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker, Derrick Brooks, was the inspirational speaker at the 4th Annual “Leadership in Action” Speakers Series event. The Leadership Pinellas Speaker Series added both NFL Hall of Fame Inductee Derrick Brooks and Chief Anthony Holloway to the line-up for Leadership in Action. Former Jets Head Coach Rex Ryan to Coach Buffalo Bills

Sources have told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, that former Jets head coach Rex Ryan is about to sign a five-year deal with the Buffalo Bills which would earn Ryan a salary of $5.5 million per year. Ryan and general manager John Idzik were fired on Dec. 29 after the Jets went 4-12 and missed the playoffs for the fourth straight season. Ryan is not expected to bring many, if any, of his former Jets offensive assistant coaches to Buffalo.

You be the judge, but it appeared to be no accident in my opinion when Suh stepped on Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers ankle after Rodgers was already on the ground in Sunday’s game against the Packers. The NFL as a consequence has suspended Suh without pay for the Detroit Lions’ wild card game this upcoming Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys, per a report by ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.
