Tim Tebow, who won the Heisman Trophy in 2007 and led the University of Florida to two BCS championships, will attend the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday, his agent reports.<\/p>\n

Politico reports that when asked if he would be speaking at the breakfast, Tim Tebow’s agent, Susan Vanderlinde, said, \u201cYes, I believe he is.\u201d… <\/p>\n

The prayer breakfast guest list will include President Obama and other notable lawmakers.<\/p>\n

Tebow, a devout Christian, Pro Life advocate and popular Christian speaker, has been known to write biblical passages in his eye paint before games.<\/p>\n

Tebow plans to appear in a controversial ad sponsored by the conservative Christian group, Focus on the Family, during the Super Bowl.<\/p>\n

The Tebow Super Bowl ad is expected to tell the story about his mother’s difficult 1987 pregnancy. When she became sick following a mission trip to the Philippines, Pam Tebow refused to have an abortion, even after doctors urged her to do so. Instead of getting an abortion she made the decision to give birth to Tebow.<\/p>\n
