The San Antonio Spurs now lead 1-0 after the first game of the 2013 NBA Finals series against the Miami Heat. With 5 seconds left, Tony Parker in true form, evaded the defense, fell to one knee and got up to hit a jumper at the buzzer in Game 1, giving the Spurs a 4-point lead beating the Miami Heat 92-88 Thursday night. One game down for the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference Finals as Tony Parker went on to score 20 points & 9 assists against the Memphis Grizzlies in game 1 of the Western Conference Finals. Kawhi Leonard & Danny Green also had a combined 34 points to help the Spurs beat the Grizzlies, 105-83 in Game 1.
